Workspace Seat Tiers across Free, Pro, and Scale

Every Sorzio account operates inside a workspace so your outbound lists, prompts, pipelines, and billing live under one organization boundary. Seat capacity and batch concurrency scale with your plan:

• Free ($0/month, 1 seat): Designed for solo builders and evaluation. Includes 1 workspace seat, up to 5,000 rows per run, 2-hour Hosted Lists retention, and up to $20 in welcome credit ($5 instant at sign-up plus $15 when you enable Auto-Reload with a verified card).
• Pro ($39/month flat, 1 seat): Designed for individual outbound operators running regular volume. Includes 1 workspace seat, up to 10,000 rows per run, 7-day Hosted Lists retention, Scheduled Flows, and 0% markup AI BYOK across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Mistral.
• Scale ($99/month flat, 3 seats included + $19/month per extra seat): Built for multi-seat GTM, growth, and RevOps teams. Includes 3 workspace seats out of the box, up to 25,000 rows per run, Forever Hosted Lists retention, and full BYOK across AI providers plus No2Bounce verification, Jina, and Firecrawl. Additional seats beyond the included three are billed at $19/month per seat.

Inviting Teammates and Role Permissions

On Scale workspaces, open Dashboard > Team, enter your teammate's work email address, select a role, and send the invite. Pending invitations can be resent or revoked from Dashboard > Team before they are accepted. Sorzio enforces two clear workspace roles:

• Admin: Full control over workspace billing, Stripe payment methods, Auto-Reload thresholds, plan upgrades, seat invitations and removals, custom Hosted Links CNAME domains, and the encrypted BYOK provider vault.
• Member: Can create and run AI, Enrich, Verify, Decision Mode, and Flow batches across Google Sheets, Hosted Lists, and MCP, publish 1:1 Hosted Links, and edit shared prompts and Flow templates, without access to Stripe billing settings, seat removal, or workspace deletion.

Shared Prepaid Balance and Encrypted BYOK Vault

All seats inside a workspace draw from a single shared prepaid credit balance (see Billing & Plans) and share saved prompts, Decision Mode ICP profiles, Flows, Hosted Lists, and Hosted Links analytics. When an Admin saves an OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, No2Bounce, Jina, or Firecrawl credential under Dashboard > Settings, Sorzio encrypts the key at rest using AES-256-GCM. Members can execute batches that route through those workspace keys without ever viewing, copying, or exporting the raw secret.

Managing MCP and Google Sheets Connections

Each teammate connects their own client surfaces under Dashboard > Settings:

• Claude and ChatGPT MCP (https://www.sorzio.com/api/mcp): Authorize OAuth 2.1 access to run all 39 Sorzio MCP tools from Claude or ChatGPT (setup details at sorzio.com/mcp and sorzio.com/claude). You can audit active OAuth sessions and revoke an agent token immediately from Dashboard > Settings.
• Google Sheets Add-On and OAuth Grant: Connect or refresh your Google Workspace spreadsheet authorization under Dashboard > Settings so server-side Flows and Scheduled Flows can read input ranges and write enriched columns back to spreadsheets you explicitly share with Sorzio.

Deleting Your Account or Workspace

To permanently delete your account or workspace, open Dashboard > Settings, scroll to the danger zone at the bottom of the page, and select Delete Account. Before deletion finalizes, Sorzio cancels any active Stripe plan or Hosted Links Unlimited subscription; if Stripe cannot confirm cancellation immediately, deletion pauses safely so you are never left with an orphaned recurring charge. Once confirmed, your user profile, encrypted BYOK keys, OAuth tokens, Hosted Lists, and workspace records are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
