Adding Funds
Open Dashboard → Billingin your Sorzio workspace and click "Add Funds". Choose an amount and complete the checkout via Stripe. Funds appear in your balance immediately. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Understanding Your Plan and Add-Ons
Free (credit-first, pay-as-you-go): Up to $20 in free welcome credit ($5 at signup, plus $15 when you enable Auto-Reload with a verified card or make a $20+ deposit). Every core feature is unlocked up to 5,000 rows/run, with 2-hour Hosted Lists retention and succeeded rows metered from your balance. Single settled reloads of $1,000 or more automatically earn a +10% bonus credit.
Pro ($39/month flat, 1 seat): Everything in Free up to 10,000 rows/run, plus Scheduled Flows, 7-day Hosted Lists retention, and bring your own AI keys (BYOK) with 0% Sorzio markup and $0 per-row base fee (you pay the AI provider directly on your own account).
Scale ($99/month flat, 3 seats included): Everything in Pro up to 25,000 rows/run, Forever Hosted Lists retention, and BYOK across enrichment (Jina, Firecrawl) and email verification. Additional workspace seats beyond 3 are $19/month each.
Hosted Links Unlimited & Custom Domain Add-On ($99/month on any plan): Stacks on Free, Pro, or Scale. Unlocks unlimited verified prospect opens ($0.00/open instead of $0.15 on first human open) and includes 1 custom CNAME domain (+$15/month per additional CNAME).
Per-Operation Rates and BYOK
Standard balance rates bill succeeded rows only: Generative AI is 1.65x provider token cost + $0.0035/row ($3.50/1k base); Decision Mode (typesafe-ai/jev-1.14.0, TypeSafe AI) is $1.00 per 1,000 rows base fee ($0.0010/row) + 1.25x input tokens; Live Web Search runs across Perplexity (perplexity/sonar at ~$8.78/1k), OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI Grok; Email Verification is $0.01/email; Website Enrichment is $0.006/URL ($6/1k, including $0 extra 6-page subpage enrichment); Company LinkedIn is $7.50/1k; Personal LinkedIn /in/ is $10/1k ($0 on miss); and Hosted Links cost $0.00 to publish + $0.15 once on first human open.
On Pro and Scale, add encrypted AES-256-GCM provider keys under Dashboard → Settings (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Mistral on Pro; plus verification and Jina or Firecrawl on Scale). BYOK steps bill $0 from your Sorzio balance and run directly on your provider account (Decision Mode evaluations always settle from balance).
Auto-Recharge
Enable Auto-Reload in the billing dashboard to automatically top up your balance (minimum $20 reload, default $25 when balance drops below $5) via your saved Stripe payment method.
