Extension Not Showing in the Menu
If Sorzio doesn't appear in the Extensions menu: refresh the Google Sheets page (Cmd+R or Ctrl+R), then check Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons to verify Sorzio is enabled. Note that Google Sheets add-ons can take a few seconds to initialize after opening a workbook.
Sidebar Shows a Blank White Screen
Close and reopen the sidebar (Extensions → Sorzio → Open Sidebar), or clear your browser cache and reload. On corporate networks, ask IT to allowlist sorzio.com.
Login or MCP Connector Issues
Verify your credentials or reset your password at sorzio.com/forgot-password. If Claude or ChatGPT MCP shows an authentication error or cannot see a Google Sheet, reconnect the remote server URL https://www.sorzio.com/api/mcp via OAuth 2.1, and authorize server-side Google Sheets access under Dashboard → Settings → Google Verification.
Batch Job Blocked, Stuck, or Failed
Large runs execute on Sorzio servers and continue in the background even if you close the sidebar. Common reasons a run is blocked at preflight: insufficient balance (top up or enable Auto-Reload), an unverified Free account requesting Live Web Search, Decision Mode, or frontier models (enable Auto-Reload with a verified card under Dashboard → Billing to unlock all 300+ models plus your $15 credit top-up), or an invalid or revoked BYOK API key in Settings.
Results Not Writing to Sheet
Ensure target cells are not protected and columns were not shifted mid-run. If a Google Sheet hits Google's 10-million-cell workbook limit (sheet_too_large), your completed row outputs are still preserved for 7 days and can be exported directly as CSV from the dashboard or via MCP (export_run).
Costs Seem Higher Than Expected
Generative AI bills actual input and output tokens on succeeded rows (1.65x provider cost + $0.0035/row base fee). Long enriched web dossiers increase input tokens. To cut spend dramatically, use Decision Mode (typesafe-ai/jev-1.14.0 at $1.00 per 1,000 rows base fee) for ICP scoring and filtering before running generative copy models, or connect BYOK on Pro ($39/month flat) for 0% AI markup.
