What is a Flow?

A Flow is an ordered pipeline of steps that runs against a Google Sheet range or a Hosted List (from the web dashboard, sidebar, or Claude and ChatGPT MCP). Each step feeds its output to the next, and gates between steps stop bad or off-ICP rows before expensive downstream work runs. You can preview a Flow on 3, 10, or 50 test rows first: test runs mark dispositions without sweeping, moving, or deleting rows.

4-Stage Outbound ICP Pipeline, end to end

Our flagship ICP Enrichment starter chains four stages from raw lead list to verified, personalized outbound copy:

Stage 1. Verify and categorical filter. Every email is checked via email verification to write a verify_verdict column (deliverable, catch_all, undeliverable, or risky), and a categorical filter drops undeliverable rows immediately.

Stage 2. Multi-page Website and LinkedIn Enrich. Server-side enrichment fetches the company website plus key subpages (about, products, case_studies, pricing, careers at $0 extra), alongside LinkedIn /company/ ($7.50/1k) or personal LinkedIn /in/ ($10/1k) profiles.

Stage 3. Decision Mode 3-way ICP gate. TypeSafe AI Jev (typesafe-ai/jev-1.14.0 at $1.00 per 1,000 rows base fee) scores ICP fit with calibrated probabilities and routes rows three ways: keep advances, reject stops, and unsure (below your confidence threshold) holds borderline leads for review without burning copy credits.

Stage 4. Firmographics and self-healing outbound copy. Generative AI extracts structured AI Firmographics and drafts personalized openers with self-healing output verification enabled, checking every opener against enriched facts and revising once if any claim is ungrounded.

How row-level filtering and Decision gates work

Between steps, Sorzio evaluates each row and decides whether it continues:

• Hard failures. Verify returned undeliverable, Enrich hit an unreachable host, or an AI call errored. The row stops and no later step is billed.
• Categorical and text rules. Filter on exact column values such as verify_verdict before spending on enrichment.
• Decision Mode 3-way gates. Route rows into keep, reject, or unsure using calibrated probability scores, with avoided downstream spend tracked automatically.

Cost preview, billing, and cancellation

Before you click Run, Sorzio displays a per-step cost estimate for your exact row count. Per-operation rates are:

• Verify: $0.01 per email checked.
• Website Enrich (Auto): $0.006 per URL (includes $0 extra 6-page subpage enrichment).
• Enrich (Jina): $0.005 per URL.
• Enrich (Firecrawl): $0.0075 per URL.
• Company LinkedIn Enrich: $0.0075 per row ($7.50 per 1,000 rows).
• Personal LinkedIn Enrich: $0.01 per row ($10 per 1,000 rows; $0 on miss).
• Decision Mode (typesafe-ai/jev-1.14.0): $0.0010 base fee per succeeded row ($1.00 per 1,000 rows) + 1.25x input tokens.
• Generative AI: provider raw cost x 1.65, plus a $0.0035 base fee per succeeded row.
• Hosted Links: $0.00 to publish, $0.15 once per first human open (or $0.00/open with the $99/mo Add-On).

Only succeeded rows are charged. A row that errors halfway through the AI step is not billed for that AI call, but is billed for the verify and Enrich steps that already returned data.

Cancellation stops the queue but keeps what already ran. Hit cancel mid-batch and the rows that already completed are billed normally. The remaining rows are skipped, with no retry fee. You can re-run the same Flow on the skipped rows later.

Bring your own key

On Pro ($39/month flat), your AI key is BYOK: the AI step runs at your provider's raw rate with no platform markup and no per-row base fee. Verify and Enrich stay metered at the rates above.

On Scale ($99/month flat, 3 seats included), BYOK extends to verification and enrichment too. Bring keys for your verifier, Jina or Firecrawl, and your AI provider and you only pay the upstream providers, plus the flat workspace plan fee.

Where to run Flows

In Google Sheets, open Extensions → Sorzio → Open sidebar and switch to the Flows tab. On the web dashboard or via Claude and ChatGPT MCP (run_flow), run the exact same Flow against either a connected Google Sheet or a Hosted List, with automatic header column binding.
