The outbound field guide / 08 blueprints

From a raw list to a reason to reach out.

Eight practical ways to connect research, qualification and personalized outreach. Open a blueprint, inspect a step, and make the recipe your own.

A closer look

How do Sorzio Flows work?

Sorzio Flows connect website research, email verification, AI and checkpoints across rows in a Hosted List or Google Sheet. Each blueprint below shows the job of every step, an illustrative three-row result, a cost reference and a prompt you can copy into Claude or ChatGPT before testing your own data.

6-page website to ICP gate to self-healing cold email

Turn company context into a calibrated fit decision, then draft grounded outreach for the accounts that pass.

Prompt or rubric

Using Sorzio MCP, help me build this Flow: 6-page website to ICP gate to self-healing cold email. Enrich each company website using the default six-page bundle. Extract the business model and buyer from the returned website text. First test three rows and show the estimated cost and results before asking me to approve a full run.

Rates assume 1,000 succeeded rows unless stated. The AI example uses GPT-4o mini with 1,000 input and 150 output tokens at the stated platform formula; real token, search and Decision Mode costs vary. A three-row Flow test marks gate verdicts but does not stop downstream work, so downstream test steps can be charged. Full runs apply filters to downstream steps. Hosted Link open charges are separate from publication.

The details

Flow questions, answered.

What is a Sorzio Flow?

A Flow connects enrichment, verification, AI, and checkpoints into a repeatable process for a Hosted List or connected Google Sheet. You can inspect a three-row test and its cost before approving a full run. Full runs can filter downstream rows using checkpoint results.

What happens during a three-row Flow test?

The test marks checkpoint verdicts without stopping any test rows. Downstream test steps still run and can incur charges, so you can inspect the complete result. Full runs apply filters to downstream steps and handle row dispositions separately.

How much does a Flow cost?

Saving a Flow and using a checkpoint are free. Usage is charged for succeeded operations at their published rates. For example, website enrichment is $6 per 1,000 succeeded URLs, email verification is $10 per 1,000 succeeded emails, and AI costs depend on the model and tokens.

Can I schedule a Flow?

Scheduled Flows are available on Pro ($39 per month) and Scale ($99 per month) for connected Google Sheets. A first run covers existing rows; subsequent runs select rows added since the watermark. Scheduled runs have additional gate and variable restrictions.
